US equities open on a positive note, as the market would be even more pleased with $2K rather than $600. The gains are a little shaky though, with the Nasdaq already having turned red. VIX has cooled to the 22s, and is not showing any sign of a floor. The USD is -0.5% in the DXY 90.07s, which is helping give most things a kick upward.
