US equities are choppy, if still leaning on the weaker side. The FOMC mins (2pm) threaten some cooling into the close, ahead of Nvidia. Gold is churning $2040. WTIC $77s.

Summary
Chop chop… into the mid afternoon. I’d imagine the market would like to use the Fed press release as an excuse to lean weak into the close.
–
notable stock: AAPL
Moderate gains. With structure of a H/S, the concern should be if the $179s are lost on Thursday. If yes, then a fast washout to $165.
–
notable horror: TDOC
Teladoc can’t turn a profit, and this is before any ‘economic’ problems.
I’m guessing it will be a survivor into the 2030s.
—
notable strength: TSLA
I see no news… just s/t speculative ‘bargain buyers’.
The cautious will wait for SPX 4910 or lower.
—
notable energy: RIG
Transocean catching a bounce with the sector, but it can’t turn a profit, and I’d very much favour OXY and SLB… the latter of which I hold.
time for a much needed lunch…
