Summary
More than anything, I’m looking to the VIX.
Equity bears should be seeking a daily close >20.
If >23, then ‘mini crash’ talk is still valid, but the window for that is soon to close (Thursday at the latest, if not Halloween).

notable banking ETF: KRE

–

As things are, the Fed should raise rates this Wed’.
